5. Cancellations and Refunds
a. Cancellations: Customers can cancel an order up to [for lunch till morning 7 am and for dinner till 1 pm] before the scheduled delivery. Cancellations after this time may not be eligible for a refund.
b. Refunds: Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be subject to a processing fee. Refunds will not be provided for orders already in the preparation or delivery process, also for home cook services refund will be initiate only in fail to deliver services from life gracious.
